Robyn Ireland

Robyn joined the FCE team in 2020, where she leverages her background in the small health, advocacy, education nonprofit world to identify opportunities for partnership between smaller and mid-size companies and UC Davis faculty, students, programs, and events to achieve shared goals. Often serving as a direct liaison between industry partners and the University, she coordinates with colleagues to match unique UC Davis assets with emerging business needs and solutions. She also helps support the Foundation Engagement team through managing smaller or regional foundation relationships and grant opportunities. While she engages with many companies in the rare disease and neurodevelopmental space, as liaison for the School of Education and Library she actively looks for opportunities related to quality of education, equity, and big data and citizen science as well.

Prior to joining UC Davis, Robyn served as Executive Director of the Hemophilia Council of California where she advocated for the rare disease community. Robyn is a UC Davis alumnus with a BA in International Relations and East Asian Studies.
