Hilary Mitchell

Hilary joined the FCE team in 2022 and provides support for various FCE projects and initiatives including support for prospect management. Hilary brings 10 years’ work experience between private and non-profit sectors, with a focus in helping organizations identify and implement process improvements. Her experience in enhancing business operations spans various institutions, effectively coaching teams through training processes, encouraging employee engagement, and creating meaningful relationships between clients and stakeholders.  Hilary is a UC Davis alumnus, receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology in 2020.
